Black & Grey RV Holding Tank Flush Process
*Your Black Tank MUST BE DUMPED before we begin.
- Drain/dump black tank sludge.
- Our technicians use an apparatus to enter the black tank through the toilet and back flushes with hot water.
- Repeat #1 or #2.
- The final black tank flush. Our technicians use another apparatus to enter the tank and sanitizes it until the tank is 2/3 full. Lastly, the tank is drained/dumped again. Complete.
*We can’t guarantee your tank sensors will start working properly, but 80% of the time they do.

Service Call & Diagnostic Fees - $125
If we travel specifically to you to diagnose the issue and cannot perform our services, we charge a $125 service call and diagnostic fees. If we continue with the holding tank flush, there will be no service call or diagnostic fee.
General Sanitizing

- Pop Ups/Slide Ins /Class B Motorhomes - $199
General sanitizing is the most common service. Our apparatus will rid “Pyramids” as well as reach the corners where waste is from the top down. Each job is pending diagnosing the status of your holding tank.
The pricing listed above assumes there are no issues such as clogs or a broken gate valve, etc., which may increase the cost of your holding tank flush.
